The Scottsdale Cultural Council is currently seeking applications their internship program in development. The Donor Records Intern will support development programs of the Scottsdale Cultural Council and its operating divisions, by assisting the department with donor relations and membership materials. Some projects include but are not limited to, membership mailings, merging accounts in the donor database, organization of electronic and hard-copy donor files, and preparation of membership/donor recognition materials. This internship position requires the use of copier, fax, telephone, computer and other office equipment. Intermediate proficiency in use of personal computer, word processing, and spreadsheet is required with the ability to type a minimum 50 wpm. Proficiency in data base management preferred but not required. Experience in administration and fundraising, preferably in a not-for-profit development office; or a combination of education and experience in this field is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, mature and professional attitude. A minimum time commitment of five hours per week is preferred, however, scheduling is flexible. Interested applicants may apply to Resumes@sccarts.org by September 15th.

The Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art [SMoCA] is currently accepting applications for their internship program. There is a minimum commitment of one semester. Applicants hoping to receive academic credit should check with their academic advisor prior to applying.
